Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina focuses on the quality of the product and services. with tasty and genuine menus, which start from high quality raw materials from the area, selected in accordance with their seasonality. The dishes that are created are inspired by the rich Engadine tradition and alternate with more international flavors, research, or the great Italian classics.

Savur Restaurant

“Savur” is a Romansh word meaning “flavour”, paying tribute to a region renowned for its rich culture and gastronomic heritage.

Our Italian chefs bring this concept to life by combining local culinary traditions with the creativity of Italian cuisine.

The restaurant offers an à la carte menu, featuring a selection of starters, first and main courses, and desserts, complemented by daily specials. Every dish is prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, skilfully crafted to enhance their natural qualities and flavours.

Ristorante Savur is open daily from 6:45 PM to 9:30 PM.

Osteria del Bernina

The Warmth of Alpine Tradition, the Taste of Italian Hospitality

A cosy retreat dedicated to food and conviviality in the heart of Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina, where warm wooden interiors, an intimate atmosphere and a fireplace evoke the charm of traditional Alpine chalets.

The cuisine combines authentic Engadine flavours with Italian culinary traditions, offering local specialities, fondue, raclette, pizzoccheri and seasonal dishes, all to be enjoyed in a warm and welcoming setting.

Open daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Lounge Bar

The Lounge Bar of Schloss Hotel is open from 4 pm to 11:00 pm, a refined corner perfect for a cocktail or an aperitif accompanied by dry snacks or a small rotisserie.

For those who want to indulge in a tasty but quicker lunch, the Lounge Bar offers rich salads, first and second courses, stuffed sandwiches also in a vegan version and burgers to accompany with an extensive wine list, liqueurs, soft drinks, beers and bubbles.

For a break or a snack throughout the day, there are tea pastries and tasty artisan cakes to be enjoyed with hot chocolate, tea, infusions and herbal teas.

During the winter season, from 20 December 2026 to 28 February 2027, the Lounge Bar also comes alive with the Piano Bar, featuring live music from aperitif time onwards, creating an elegant and relaxed atmosphere throughout the evening.
