To enjoy your stay in the SPA in complete relaxation, please silence the cell phone ringtone and keep your voice low. Inside the SPA you will find a specific regulation with further details. It is advisable to deposit valuables in the safe of your room. The Management will not be responsible for items forgotten or left unattended. Treatments

To guarantee total relaxation, it is preferable to go to the SPA at least 10 minutes before each treatment. Arriving late means reducing the time available to you. In this case, the duration of the treatment may be shortened depending on the presence of subsequent treatments. The times indicated in our price list correspond to the actual duration of the treatment in the cabin.

SPA Policy

Minimum age

Children and young people under the age of 16 are not allowed to access the wellness area.

Health conditions

In our SPA we require a release on the state of health and suitability for treatments and the SPA.

Wet zone

Please respect the SPA Regulations by using the towel in the saunas, on the chaise longues and wherever recommended. In the saunas, please respect the areas where swimsuit is not to be worn. We ask our kind Guests to follow the suggestions for the timing of use recommended by the SPA Staff.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the booked time. Subsequently, the treatment will be charged for the full amount on the room account.
