THE NEW SCHLOSS RESTAURANT
"SAVUR"
"Savur" is a Romansh word which means "flavor". We wanted to call the restaurant of Hotel Schloss this way to pay homage first of all to this land, so rich in tradition and culture, also and above all at the table. But the "flavor" is also that of the dishes of our Italian chefs who have studied tasty dishes and menus, in perfect harmony between local culture and Italian touch. The dishes more openly inspired by the Engadine tradition are flanked by the "Italian classics", the richest and tastiest, to bring the best of our country to Switzerland, accompanied by prestigious wineries, both local and French and Italian.
Our restaurant offers a mixed service, with first and second courses served by us, appetizers and desserts are buffet style. The whole cuisine is based on fresh and seasonal raw materials, expertly treated to enhance its properties and flavor.

A rich breakfast
The second "Caliz" room is mirrored to the "Savur" restaurant, where breakfast is served. Here too, the panoramic windows offer an enchanting view of the magnificent Rosatsch, to be admired while enjoying the rich and fresh pastries of the large buffet, products prepared every morning in the hotel by the Master Pastry Chef. Homemade cakes, fresh bread, cold cuts, eggs, freshly cut fruit, organic jams, different yogurts, mix of cereals, juices, freshly squeezed juices and Italian coffee served at the table are delights to be granted only on one morning, to better prepare for a wonderful morning day in the mountains.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
LOUNGE BAR
The Lounge Bar of Schloss Hotel is open from 10:30 am to 12:00 am, a refined corner perfect for a cocktail or an aperitif accompanied by dry snacks or a small rotisserie.
A quick snack
For those who want to indulge in a tasty but quicker lunch, the Lounge Bar offers rich salads, sandwiches and stuffed sandwiches also in a vegan version, burgers to accompany with an extensive wine list, liqueurs, soft drinks, beers and bubbles. For a snack or a snack throughout the day, there are tea pastries and tasty artisan cakes to be enjoyed with hot chocolate, tea, infusions and herbal teas.
